Unigistix core systems have been developed in-house and leverage our knowledge and expertise in third-party logistics. While these systems have been developed and implemented to support a large number of logistics processes and activities, they are easily modified and customized to adapt to each unique client need. The proprietary Logistics Management System supports numerous applications that enable Unigistix to interface with client systems at any required point in the supply chain. These applications include, but are not limited to, the following:

Order Management (module supports client end-to-end order number management, pick/pack/ship, customized packing slip generation, carrier POD and invoicing and backorder management)

Inventory Management (multiple warehousing, periodic cycle counting and reconciliation, lot management, specific unit management)

Bill of Materials (BOM) (component level and finished goods SKU management, procurement and management of component SKU's, execution and management of production and assembly orders)

For Unigistix to fully operate as an extension of its clients, systems connectivity at some point in the supply chain process is required. This connectivity can be achieved through a number of mediums including but, once again, not limited to the following options:

Virtual Private Network (VPN) - allows for secure internet connection

Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) - connection via dedicated line

High Speed Frame Relay (T1) - fast and dedicated secure connection

Fiber Optics Link - direct Local Area Network server connection (10 MB)

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) - allows for file transmission via internet

Unigistix can accept file types that include XML (Extensible Markup Language), ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange), SAP IDOC (SAP Information Document), and numerous other client specific formats.
